Initially this worked great and connected to all my devices, Mac, iPhone and iPad without any issues, then I found the input sound dropped significantly and have to put the amp volume way up to get any sound, although the 'direct monitor' puts out great signal, I have not been able to get any troubleshooting help through support. I managed to rule out the usb c hub or BiasFX 2 being the issue as it worked fine with another interface. So fingers crossed there's some improvement from support, otherwise, it becomes an expensive paperweight.
